Introducing User Management, Roles and Activity logs

by Campsite

The team at Campsite has been working hard to give you more user management freedom. Campsite now allows you to create, manage and assign users different roles independently.

You can access the user management section by clicking on the link located in the dropdown menu below your username at the top right. On this page, you will see a list of your current active users and can manage their permissions by assigning them a role. If you want to add a new user, you may do so by clicking the +User button at the top right of the screen.

Here’s an overview of the user roles you can choose and their corresponding permissions:

Role Administrator

Role Manager

Activity log

The activity log page lists every user action that occurs in your account. For example, if someone creates a campaign, uploads a creative, changes the budget or targeting, these actions will be chronologically listed on this page. Since multiple users can be part of the same organization in Campsite,  it might be useful to see if other team members have made any recent changes.

Additionally, if something happens while you're away, Campsite will let you know. For instance, you will receive a notification once a creative you’ve uploaded has been approved or when your campaign starts or finishes.

You can configure your notification settings in your profile page by using the My Profile link in the dropdown menu below your username.
